WARRANTY
All products purchased through Ausdice come included with a 30-day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults and defects. All products are visually inspected after import, by our employees. Faulty products must be sent back with proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any products found to be physically damaged by user neglect, used contrary to its intended use included, but not limited to, throwing dice with force at a solid surface, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the warranty. Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in acceptable condition will incur a fee to cover return postage on any replacements. Items found to be defective under warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
The Ausdice warranty policy is based on what is reasonable and any claims made exceeding 30-days will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine if it is appropriate to fix or replace a product.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds will otherwise be carried out in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as determined by the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers).
Change of mind returns are not accepted. If your products are not faulty, we are unable to return/exchange the product.Upon receiving any warranty-returned items, we will complete an assessment to determine the fault and what has caused it. Upon completing the assessment, we will have the items repaired/replaced/refunded depending on the circumstances and what has been requested. We will be in contact with you for any updates regarding the assessment.
Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in a good condition, will incur a fee to cover return postage.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the credit within the time indicated by your card issuer's policies. Please contact your bank for further detail pertaining to approximate refund times.
